Trail Two · The Quiet Five Miles
Europa Village
A hillside “village” of European-styled wineries — Spanish Bolero, French C’est La Vie, Italian Vienza — with casitas to sleep in between tastings.
The concept sounds like a theme park and mostly avoids becoming one, because each of the three houses is a working tasting room with its own list rather than a themed corner of a single bar. Budget more time than you think: people arrive planning one stop and leave having done three.

Before you drive
This page is an independent guide, not the winery. Hours, tasting fees and
reservation rules change season to season — and several rooms are
reservation-only on weekends. Check Europa Village’s own site or call before
building the day around it.
