Trail One · The Spine
Bottaia Winery
Ponte’s modernist sibling: clean-lined tasting bar, blending labs, and a summer pool club between the vine rows.
The split with its older sibling is deliberate: same ownership, opposite mood. Where the original estate sells shade and gardens, this one sells daylight and a swimming pool, aimed squarely at visitors who find the Tuscan-villa register a little tired. In summer it runs closer to a day club than a tasting room, which is either the appeal or the warning.

Before you drive
This page is an independent guide, not the winery. Hours, tasting fees and
reservation rules change season to season — and several rooms are
reservation-only on weekends. Check Bottaia Winery’s own site or call before
building the day around it.
