South Coast’s quieter sister property, focused on méthode-champenoise sparkling and low-key vineyard-view rooms.
Same ownership as the resort down the road, and deliberately its opposite in temperament. Everything that makes the flagship busy — the spa traffic, the restaurant, the events calendar — was left over there. What remains is sparkling wine and quiet, and people who choose it knew which of the two they wanted.
